Directions: (Adult) Take one or two capsules daily (in the morning, 30
minutes to one hour before a meal and in the evening 30 minutes to one hour
before bedtime. The maximum recommended dosage of XNGF for a healthy adult, is
no more than four capules in a 24 hour period.
