Directions For SciFit Invincible: As a dietary supplement, mix two heaping scoops (60 grams) with 12 to 16 ounces of water 30 to 60 minutes prior or immediately following exercise/athletic event. On non-workout days, take one heaping scoop immediately upon waking.
