Directions For SciFit Dark Energy: As an adult dietary supplement, mix 1 heaping teaspoon (5 grams max!) with 4 to 8 ounces of water and consume 30 to 45 minutes prior to training. DO NOT EXCEED 3 servings in a 24 hour period. Exceeding the recommended dosage size or frequency will not increase the effects and may lead to negative side effects.
