Directions For Caffeine Super Gels: Take 1 softgel per serving. Do not exceed one softgel in a 4 hour period. Do not take within 6 hours prior to sleep. Do not exceed 6 softgels in a 24 hours period.
Warnings: Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heart beat.
