Directions For Beta Alanine 1000: As an adult dietary supplement take 2 softgels twice daily for 4 weeks. Then take 2 softgels once daily.
Warnings: Do not take if pregnant or lactating. If you are on any prescription medication or under a physicians care, consult with your physician before taking this product. Some with a high sensitivity to Beta Alanine may experience a tingling sensation and a flushing of the skin. If this occurs, stop taking the product.
