Directions For Cytogenix Laboratories Xenadrine Xtreme FX: Day 1 to Day 3: 1 Rapid-Cap, twice daily before meals
Day 4 to Day 7: 2 Rapid-Caps, twice daily before meals
Day 8 and Beyond: 3 Rapid-Caps, twice daily before meals
