Primadophilus contains in each capsule 20 mg of bacterial cultures including Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus rhamnosus with 10 billion organisms per gram or 2.9 billion per capsule. Other ingredients include maltodextrin, gelatin, aqueous enteric coating, magnesium stearate, and ascorbic acid. The product is enteric coated which means it releases in the intestines to avoid bacterial die-off in the stomach. Primadophilus is designed to deliver helpful bacteria to the gut.
