#1, FD&C red #3, FD&C red #40, titanium dioxide.
Directions: Take two to four caps in the morning and two to four caps six to
eight hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8oz of water. Do not
exceed eight caps in any 24-hour period and do not exceed cycling guidelines.
Important Cycling Information:
Use in cycles that include 5 days on and 2
days off per week. Cycling Example: Take 4 days on and one day off, followed by
3 days on and 1 day off, repeat (4/1,3/1;4/1,3/1...). Cycling Example B: Take 5
days on followed by 2 days off, repeat (5/2;5/2...). Allow up to 4 weeks to
attain full effects.
Warnings: Consult your physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
Do not take if you are female, especially if pregnant or breast feeding, elderly
or under the age of 18, chronically ill, or taking any prescription or
over-the-counter medicine, including but not limited to antidepressants (such as
MAO inhibitors), stimulants, allergy medications, and medications for high blood
pressure or other cardiovascular conditions. Discontinue use if you experience
dizziness, headache, nausea, or heart palpitations. If you have trouble
sleeping, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Keep out of reach of
children.
