Directions:
Intense Training:
Take two caps three times daily with a
protein enriched meal. Four capsules daily supply 400 mg methoxyisoflavone and

Moderate Training:
Take two caps, twice daily, after a protein enriched
meal. Four capsules daily supply 400 mg methoxyisoflavone and 80 mg Beta
Ecdysterone.
