Directions:
If you weigh between 100 and 160 lbs. shake or blend 2
heaping scoops of Monster Food in milk or water. Drink one shake immediately
after your workout and another shake one-hour before bed.
If you weigh between 161 and 240 lbs. shake or blend 3 heaping scoops of
Monster Food in milk or water. Drink one shake immediately after your workout
and another shake one-hour before bed.
If you weigh 241 lbs. or more, shake or blend 4 heaping scoops of Monster
Food in milk or water. Drink one shake immediately after your workout and
another shake one-hour before bed.
Use 6 to 8 ounces of milk or water for every one (1) scoop of Monster Food.
For accelerated results add (1) additional serving of Monster Food each day
to the directions above.
Best results obtained when Monster Food is incorporated into a proper
nutrition and exercise program. Monster Food should be used in addition to your
regular food intake.
