Directions: As an adult dietary supplement, take one to two capusles
immediately upon waking and/or in mid-afternoon. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a
24 hour period. It is recommended to take the product for 5 consecutive days,
take 2 days off, and repeat.
Warnings: For adult use only. Not for use by children, teenagers, pregnant or
lactating women. If you are under medical supervision or on any prescription
medication, consult with your physician before use. If you have trouble
sleeping, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
