Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one or two capsules in the morning
prior to breakfast and one or two capsules six hours later with 8 ounces of
water. To assess tolerance, begin with 1/2 the recommended dose (one capsule).
Do not exceed four capsules in any 24-hour period.
Warning: Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasional rapid heartbeat.
