Directions:
Mighty One 3000 is a weight gain supplement to be taken in
combination with at least three whole food meals per day. The timing of each
serving can vary depending upon your meal plans and training schedule. We
suggest 3 servings per day between meals. This will ensure that Mighty One 3000
does not interfere with your consumption of the whole food meals necessary for
maximum results. Take one shake 60 minutes prior to training, another shake
within 30 miutes after training, and a final shake 30-45 minutes before bedtime.
For best results, add four scoops of Mighty One 3000, 16 ounces of water or 2%
milk and 3-4 ice cubes to a blender. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds and
enjoy. For added calories and variety, try adding peanut butter, fruit and/or
coconut to your Mighty One 3000 shakes.
