Olive oil (extra virgin), gelatin, lecithin,
glycerolmonostearate, medium chain triglycerides, chloropyll.
Directions: Take 2 liquid gels with 8 oz of water or juice on training days
45 minutes before working out. On non training days take 2 liquid gels with 8 oz
of water or juice in the morning. For extreme results you may double your
serving to 4 liquid gels before workout.
