Directions: During intense training, drink 2 to 4 servings daily. The most
effective time to use Muscle-Link’s Muscle Meals is immediately after your
workout. Other very effective times are in the morning or between meals. Each
serving of Muscle Meals supplies 40 grams of high-quality protein, a moderate
amount of energy-rich carbohydrates (12 grams) and 11 grams of anti-catabolic
fats.
Add contents of one packet (73 g) to 2 cups (16 oz) of ice cold water or skim
milk and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. For best results
add the liquid to a blender, agitate, then slowly add Muscle Meals. Use less
than 16 ounces of water for more thickness and more than 16 ounces for less
thickness.
