Directions: For adults, take 1 to 3 Met-RX Amped Up Energy softgels 30-60
minutes before your workout. Limit use to no more than 6 Met-RX Amped Up
Energy softgels in a 24 hour period. Individuals sensitive to caffeine
should begin with 1-2 softgels to assess individual tolerance. As a reminder,
