celery, acidophilus and gelatin.
Directions: Adults take 4 capsules 3 times daily with atleat 10-12 ounces of
water, juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough water
may cause choking. Children 6-12 years old take 1/2 the adult dosage.
Warnings: Accidental overdose of iron containing products is a leading cause
of fatal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a
doctor before using this product.
