Microcrystalline Cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium
stearate, dextrin, dextrose monohydrate, sodium citrate, sodium carboxymethyl

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take two caplets 10 to 30 minutes before
a meal with 8 fl. oz. of water. For maximum results take two caplets two times
daily (4 caplets total).
