Directions: Mix two scoops (47g) with 8-10 oz. of water. Creatine Cocktail is
best used in either of two ways. The first involves a creatine load regime, in
which the product is taken 4 times a day for the first 5 days. Take one serving
(two scoops) in the morning, one hour before the workout, immediately after the
workout, and just before bedtime. An alternative method is to simply take one
serving (two scoops) each day for 30 days, which will also lead to a creatine
loading effect in muscle. For best results, take one serving (two scoops) one
hour before the workout and immediately after the workout. When using this
product it's important to ensure adequate fluid intake of at least two liters
daily. Once the loading process is completed, maximal levels of muscle creatine
is maintained with two scoops of Creatine Cocktail daily.
