Directions: Workout days, take 1 capsule in the morning and 1-2 capsules 30
minutes before workout. On nonworkout days take 1-2 capsules in the morning and
1 capsule 6-8 hours later. After two weeks increase to 2 capsules in the morning
and 2 capsules before workout.
