Directions: First, remove clothing from the area you wish to measure. Then
take the MyoTape and pull out more than it looks like your going to use by about
5-10 inches and lock the knob at the end of the tape in the slot on the other
side of the handle. Slide the loop you made up your arm, leg, etc to the body
part you want to measure. Press the button on the handle to tighten the tape
around the particular body part. Check the measurement # of the tape after
you've pressed the button to see the size of that body
part. |

使用法：最初に、あなたが計ろうとしているエリアの衣類を取って下さい。マイオテープを手にとり、測定する径より大きめに 5〜10インチ（13cm 〜 25cm）程度テープを引き出して下さい。取っ手のもう一方の端にあるスロットに、テープの端のノブをロックして下さい。腕や足など測定したい部位へループを通して下さい。取っ手のボタンを押して測定エリアへテープを巻きつけ、目盛りを読んで下さい。
※長さは 60インチ（152cm）です。
